Error is in part (a) Correct sentence - I think you were aware of the rules and regulations before joining. The present continuous tense ("am thinking") is used to describe an action that is happening at the moment of speaking, whereas the present simple tense ("think") is used to describe a general truth or opinion. In this case, "think" is a more appropriate choice because it expresses a assumption or belief about someone's knowledge of the rules.

Aslam alyqum Mam, I m from Pakistan It's my first comment, He was bitter/bitterly disappointed. In this sentence verb was is telling as about state so it's stative verb, it means it should take, bitter, adjective. But you told us it will take bitterly bcouse disappointed is already an adjective
