Chole :
Chole (chickpeas)- 1.5 (soaked)
Onion- 3 (medium)
Tomato paste - 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamon -1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Chole Masala powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Pulao:
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Bay leaves -2
Star -1
Cloves(lavang) -2
Mace (javitri)
Black cardamom- 1
Green cardamom - 1
Raisins -1/4 cup
Cashews -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
Green beans -1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Rice Kheer -
Rice -1/2 cup
Milk - 2.25 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Raisins -1/4 cup
Cashews -1/4 cup
Saffron -1 pinch
Aloo Gobi Fry:
Potato -2
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
curry leaves
Green chilli -2
Ginger -1 inch
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Poori:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt -1/4 tsp
Ghee -1 tbsp

Hello mam, Main Khane ka bahut shaukeen hun lekin banane ka bilkul ni, lekin aap ki videos dekh ke khud banane ka bahut man karta hai. Aaj maine aapke batatyi hui recipe se tawa paneer burger banaya.
