Having a nightmare with my 25si, if run hot tapes boiler locksout after a couple of minutes or under high flow of hot tap, replaced the heat exchange plate with no joy lol any ideas pal ?

Hi mate just found this video, I’m having problems with hot water on this type of boiler. It can be fine for about a week and then when you run a tap it goes warm initially but boiler stat then shoots up to 100 and boiler knocks off. There is loads of banging from boiler and pipework. Any ideas?
