I don’t understand why there’s a protection case for when not in use when the most abuse it’ll see is when it travels? How much damage will occur when not in use sitting in a closet?

I just purchased a carry on plus and a large check in. The handles are jiggly. Is this normal? I have had a much cheaper Samsonite luggage set where the handles did not jiggle or feel slightly loose. I want to send it back but the shipping back fee is crazy! I’m thinking of taking it back to the post office and doing a return to sender type deal. Again I ask is the jiggly handles normal? Also I don’t like the handle adjuster is right under the handle. I’m afraid I’m going to press it while running though the airport and I don’t want that to happen. Lastly my carry on will not roll good. The big one does but the carry on is a struggle. I find myself frustrated trying to roll it. And not only does it not roll good but even full it lifts up into the air as I’m walking with it. I don’t know if this is a defect or what but I’m contacting monos about this. And if I can’t get them shipped back I’ll do better to sell them online myself.

I experienced the same with the handle. It feels cheap. For a bag around $350, Mono should address this.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! They sent the wrong color bag…I’ve emailed and chatted maybe 10 times, provided the information they asked for…then nothing. There are a lot of pros to the bag, but they aren’t worth anything without even minimal customer service. SKIP Monos.

Mono’s luggage is garbage, they have nonexistent customer service, no phone number, and they ship damaged/defective products. I emailed them right after my order over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a single reply, let alone from my inquiries about returning their defective product. Stay away from this garbage, Chinese made brand.
