What I've learned over time is to not dwell in the past-- on past mistakes or past choices or even think too long about good times and what was. It doesn't serve us to take ourselves from the present and what is happening right here, right now. Every "now" will become a memory. Let them be happy and keep looking forward to what we can create and change and be.

I’ve also learned that it’s okay to let go of people and things that are not in alignment with me and where I’m going. 1. Do it imperfectly. DO IT ANYWAY. DONE is better than perfect. 2. Protect your energy. Avoid energy vampires- things or people 3. Have a compelling vision of future yourself & make small daily investments to that vision 4. Learn to SNAP OUT of fight or flight situations. Ask - what do you want to feel & see now 5. Magic morning mindset routine 6. Dont judge - we have no total comprehension of what people go thru. Hurt people hurt others. Happy people don’t do that 7. BE PRESENT in all tasks we do ‘Wash the dishes beautifully’. 8. Never give up. It’s never too late to do what makes your heart sing. I loved "wash the dishes beautifully" best. Which is really about mindfulness and making the best of the present moment. My biggest lesson is that it's not worth hating anyone and that forgiving others brings you so much more peace and harmony to your life that you can't afford to not forgive. Believe me, I've been through stuff too, but I see how much easier life is for me, living in forgiveness than for those I know who continue to harbour hatred.

I guess forgiving means let go , what you meant here . Yes, that's a huge relief. However, other people remain the same eternally.

Hi, I had my 60th birthday last Thursday and I'm so happy that I have found your channel. I have learned that people don't always have your best interests at heart, that selfishness is unfortunately a way of life for some people, also to never judge anyone, because you have no idea what they are going through, that life is a wonderful lesson, that others thoughts, feelings and emotions, even if towards me are not my responsibility or my karma and the biggest lesson for me is that forgiveness is one of the most difficult lessons to learn, if we ever learn it. Love, compassion and gratitude have been the most liberating lessons for me, but my story has been long and difficult. Take care all x

Happy Birthday, Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. My biggest lesson that I learned is don't believe everything you think to be 100% true.

Happy Birthday!!! I am coming up on 56 years this July! You are amazing and thank you for all that you have taught me. My husband of 31 years suddenly passed away on May 8th. That has changed everything for me and my children. I guess my life lesson would be to always say I love you before someone walks out of the home. Even if you are having a disagreement. Because you never know what will happen in the next 2 minutes. He left the home at 11:20am. He was declared deceased at 12:03pm. In a few minutes our lives were changed. He drove down the street never to be seen alive again.

Happy Birthday! I'm so glad I found you! I just subscribed. My little gift to you is: Don't postpone things you desire for later, get to work now; life can and will pass you by. I didn't get to have kids. I'm still praying for a miracle. Thanks for the encouragement to get going on other things. God bless you. 🌺

I learned to be satisfied. Things which used to be important when I was young no more matter. My priorities shifted tremendously.
