Nice 👍 house. but, why spend this much in building with so, less land area. Things can become problematic in future. Choose land area of atleast 1000sq.ft and build 2 floors it's enough for peaceful living. Too much climbing on steps not advisable. Anyways congratulations 🎉

Nice , to me after car parked not enough place to room entrance. For elderly people stairs is difficult. 4 floors are not allowed in some place. Building 4 floors water supply drainage every thing need to be consider and building quality should be good. End of the day, we can't compare large land with vertical building.

TRUE. In CHENNAI We should give setback 1.5 metre (5feet) all around is compulsory for stilt plus three floors. This building which is having height of 4x10feet = 40feet. Then the Foundation depth should be minimum 20feet and above, particularly to avoid land sliding during rainy season they should make a deep pile foundation only. There are no specifications about the Foundation in this video...The government is watching...be careful...Thanks.
