Actually that's not good for the environment. If there would be no possibility to return beauty items, people would have been more conscious about their purchases imho. Here in the UK we cannot do refunds on beauty items, so I try to be extremely picky with what I buy

@@MsLoma1212 I agree but when it comes to things my skin reacts too I wish I could return! I’m in the uk too and it can be frustrating especially when ordering online and you get the wrong shade and you realise before you even open it!

i’m actually in canada! and for us, i know that sephora keeps the product returns and uses them either as testers or as part of the artists kits (after cleaning!) so it’s alot less wasteful 🥰
