BTW, be careful with sword transport ships, because only sword transports are able to board your ships. So sink them first if you can..

That Admiral hears the sound of 10,000 men drowning every night... I dont think the Garamantians are a big threat to your cities, they haven't got heavy units and your hoplites can hold all day (although you did the thureos reforms on them now), but they can definitely cause you a lot of pain by raiding, and they dont have desert attrition which you will, perhaps you should get some attrition proof mercenaries, or else walking down to their cities will kill a lot of your army. That's their advantage, striking in and out of the desert. Those scorpion ships are best when you do a mixed land/naval battle, you can just position them on the coast to shoot enemy land units.

Yes but that admiral is now a decorated war hero... perhaps as famous as Hannibal himself! And ok ill see how bad the attrition is. If I stick to the road and do encamp stances I might be ok. The second army I am building will certainly help.
