It would be really nice if blast cone has interaction with champions who has large health numbers. For example if champion has more than 4000 hp when it uses blast cone landing has some ground shaking animation and slow down enemies

heartsteel should have literally just been warmogs. because thats what old warmogs used to be. you bought it and it stacked up to 1350 health or something crazy like that. the whole identity of it was "the big health item". having both warmogs and heartsteel at the same time in the game feels kindof redundant now. especially since every champion and his mother has % health damage in his kit and can build blade of the ruined king, demonic or liandries. kindof kills the usefulness of a raw health item.

Heartsteel is for HP stacking, Warmogs is for sustain. They have completely different use cases.

@@paywandako Warmogos is a good item for any tank champion in later stages of the because of sustain it gives. Hp is also very good after the adc has some armor pen. It's a trap item for Soraka.

@@MrWiented when you consider the usefulness of an item, youre not just supposed to look at if it does something. sure, EVERY item in the game does something. youre supposed to compare if warmogs stat block and sustain passive are worth more than buying a randuins, a spirit visage or any other tank item you could have in that slot instead. and the answer is simply no. gargoyle stoneplate is a better "health" item than warmogs since it gives you a ton of resistances which scales up the health from other items (like heartsteel), and it gives you health in form of a shield that doesnt count towards you maximum health. so that means it doesnt scale up enemy % hp damage like vayne w, or from items like liandries. a gigantic shield is the best counter to these max hp burn builds while warmogs doesnt really do anything to make you more tanky against them. to deal with max % hp damage as a tank you want to stack shields, % damage reduction, and resistances. warmogs is the opposite of what you want. especially if you already have a slot dedicated to health with heartsteel.

@@Stone7C1 It is certainly not "simply no". There are situations in which out of combat sustain will be very useful. Also, you typically build more than 1 tank item on tanks, are you not? You can have Sunfire for pushing the lane, Heartsteal for the HP stacking, Gargoyle for teamfights and Warmogs for self sustain AT THE SAME TIME. Also, no one is saying Warmogs is "better" than other items at things it is NOT designed for (combat). It's an out of combat sustain tool and it is very good at it's job and it does have very good use cases.
