i got 1 of these after my 20 year old lanzar vibe 1600w gave up its loud but overheats after 10-15 mins at same volume as the old one the heatsink is no were near as good

Class A/B Clean power not bad at all. Class D is dirty power. I'd like to see more class A/B tests alone with higher resistance 8 ohm tests. Good video thank you.

Agreed, the given ratings are very mixed up. The exterior is beautiful till the spade terminals. Stereomojo has an amplifier called the wa2k welsh audio. It does over the given ratings,2300wrms at one ohm and $150. I bought a couple just for backups equaling the surge 4k. Im impressed by them especially for the money. Hes a cool dude like yourself. If you reached out I'm pretty sure he'd send you one to dyno. Ty sir for the excellent review and highly appreciated as always 👍 🤞

Damnnnn next thing u know everybody loves LANZAR have always loved how appealing to the eye these amplifiers are. never was able to test them though. I know it’s been probably overlooked or glanced at by customers but I’d love for you to check out the punisher 10 line from Rockville for 150 bucks 1500 watts I believe is crazy. I feel lik majority of the time amps or subs failing it due to user error but mistakes are made to be learned from 🤙🏽.

Not too bad for a hundred bucks. Reminds me of the 90’s, running subs at 4 ohms mono. It’s a good looking amp aesthetically too. I think the value is there on a budget. Good price, looks nice, good power per price value

It is huge. Low power. I will say that it's a good looking amplifier. Take that chassis , change out the terminals and throw some good guts in it and it would be a good display unit in a showoff build.

There are a lot of good options and even more if you go a little higher price but… sticking to your budget and actually a little cheaper than your budget,here is a solid great combo. Yea, I haven't done many A/B amps so I don't really have much to compare as far as the efficiency goes. Now I need to get a couple more A/B amps and try and get some more info on what are decent class A/B efficiency numbers.

@HiFiVector they normally only run at about 50%. 60% at most. I'm surprised it didn't get warm while you were testing. That's another thing about class a/b. It's normal for them to run pretty hot. What you give up in efficiency and power you gain in sound quality tho. They are awful as subwoofer amps but perfect for mids and highs.

Garbage! Spend 100 on a ignite 6k or a taramp, hell even timpano will give you more for the buck. This amp is sad😢
