If you rejet the carbs to match the exhaust and air filter it will actually be a lot more fun to drive. It's running pretty lean right now.a first gen(87-90) hurricane would need to be bumped up to 35 pilot and 105 main and one shim under the needle, If it's a second gen cbr600F(91-94) go 42 on the pilot and 140 on the main and shim the needle one washer and it should be good to go.

This thing is legitimately terrifying, likely if you look up the definition of "deathtrap" they have a photo of this golf cart, but also... I wanna drive it. Feel free to do as much as you want with this thing, it is incredibly entertaining, just please be careful!

Could you reverse the plastic air box on the metal portion? It looks like that could put most of the air box to the rear and maybe gain you 8 inches or so for the center console.

the rear end is narrower than the front end making it more tippy. The center of gravity is already crazy anyway to widen the rear end?

You need a shifter!!! Use the handle with the clutch on it…one forward and the rest back!!!

I ended up welding that clutch handle to the frame lol it’s what I hold onto half the time 😂 I’m throwing some ideas around to make a shifter though

Drop that motor into an MG Midget or something similar. Should fly, and maybe you'll live a little longer with bones intact, LOL this thing is a wee bit dangerous
