Footage captured covering LNER A3 Pacific no. 60103 'Flying Scotsman' during the Nene Valley Railway's 'Flying Scotsman' event, which would see the 'A3' running between Wansford and Peterborough Nene Valley and return on sold-out public runs and JustGo holiday coach excursions, over the period of the 27th Sept-1st Oct 2018. Having previously visited the line for a short spell in 1994, 'Flying Scotsman' returned after 27 years publicly following it's mainline breakdown in October 2017, of which Wansford Yard hosted it's facility for repairs to be undertaken to the middle driving wheel axle-boxes.
NOTE: All trackside shots taken beyond 3 metres from the nearest running rail, with the correct high visibility clothing on and my Personal Track Safety Card in hand at all times, with loco drivers and (when necessary) guards knowledgeable of my position.
All shots filmed between 28th, 29th and 30th September, in Stunning 4K on a Panasonic VX980, with a Takstar SGC-598 Microphone.
