Hello, ragg socks are not considered girly at all. It is an essential piece of wear here in Norway througout the year, even in summer. They are often used with hiking boots because they are warm, soft and durable. Most people who buy boots in norway use a ragg sock when testing if the boots fits to ensure that the boot is big enough to wear with ragg socks!

@@dangniewecki6248 The patina of the leather is really beautiful as it ages. It does scuff easily during daily wear, and initially I was concerned about spoiling my boots when treating the leather. However, having got in touch with Dundas, they recommended Saphir Everest for the Mustard Suede leather which make the boots look brand new whenever I re-treat them! Regarding the size, I’ve found the boots to be true to size. The toe box has just enough room but isn’t overly spacious. Oh, and they do take some putting on and taking off as there’s no speed hooks. When I wear my pair, I’ll wear them all day long. Also, be prepared for a long break in, the sole of the boots are about a 1/2 inch thick vegetable tanned leather!!!
