607 plays revolt ep. 601 Heavy Chess

Heavy Chess is a Lego Extreme track created by Frank Siewert in July 2004. It uses a lot of textures from Museum 1, which I haven't seen in other Legos but actually ends up working quite well, I'd say. The chess theme is however not very clear. There are some instances around the track to add atmosphere, but even those don't seem chess related. It might be that the track was created first with the museum theme, and then the association with chess came later. In any case, it is a pretty fun track. It has some interesting design choices, but in most cases these turn out as fun obstacles. The AI isn't great, it looks like it was unmodified, but that's okay. This track might still give you some fun races. It is on the long side, though, for how interesting it is, as many Lego tracks are. Not bad, though!
