A few friendly suggestions: (at least for 1rm) pause at the bottom ~1s before starting the rep, keep your legs straight throughout and squeeze the plate with your ankles (get a climbing rope/daisy chain). Don't go "up and down" within the same rep, it either means you could have pulled harder to begin with or are trying to cheat the top. Basically watch how competitive athletes do it (e.g. FinalRep streetlifting competition)
