He has killed thousands of soldiers and civilians and flattened countless towns and villages, but 17 months on from his illegal invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin is still a long way from victory. It’s a major embarrassment for the Russian bully, who originally expected to win the war within days.
And now, along with the defiant Ukrainian forces, Putin is also facing other formidable foes. Tom Steinfort travels to north-eastern Europe to meet a group of fearless females, including the prime ministers of Finland and Estonia, who despite the dangers are bravely standing up to the dictator, determined to play their part in his defeat.

3:19 this woman Ксения Собчак is alleged Putin’s god daughter. Putin worked for her dad Anatoly Sobchak when Putin was just starting out. Ksenia Sobchak’s job is to fool the Western viewers by imitating liberal Russian opposition. I’m a native Russian and I’m shocked how easy we Russians have fooled and continue to fool the West by having our spies acting as Russian opposition to brainwash you guys

I know nothing of Finland, so even if this is not my biggest takeaway from this vid, i do like having correct info (and I can actually think of two things/issues at once, like many but not all people) And honestly, if a program makes many errors, I would then question the sources even more...

I was thinking the same thing. Here in the U.S. the mayor of a major city wouldn't ride a bicycle to work even if their state/term given mansion, and workplace were in the safe city square. If they did, they'd most likely have guards riding with them. Also more of a sense of entitlement imo to not even think of riding a bike to work. Our president rides his bicycle for exercise quite a bit, and his 12, 3, 6, and 9 are heavily guarded, but in my mind that's appropriate.

NOT SOBCHAK SHE IS GODDAUGHTER OF PUTLER. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE HONEST. THEY DID NOT DO ANY RESEARCH ESPECIALLY AS UKRAINIAN . This is honestly looks like 60 minutes is trying portray this two russians as good russians but they are not. Ovchinnikova was part of Russian propaganda for 15 years. You need to understand how russians think. Unfortunately, A lot of Westerns DO NOT understand how russians think but we ukranians know how they think. There is no opposition in russia. It is just imitation and SOBCHAK was part of the show. I hope that i have explained a little bit better but if you have more questions just ask away. Have a nice day!

That was just a day ago! Ksenia Sobtschak doesn't fight Putin AT ALL! Don't listen to this fake! Who REALLY fights this Tyrant EVERYDAY is the Ukrainian Army! The Legion of Freedom of Russia, The Russian Korps and LAST BUT NOT LEAST the whole Political Team of Nawalny! Where FYI work and fight MANY Women! They would have been worth mentioning! Lilia Tschanyschewa, who is in PRISON now! Ljubow Sobol, Maria Pewtschich! PS. That is NOT a fight of women vs a toxic man but a fight of PEOPLE VS A BEAST! And , they have also no fear to unmask the Russian’s dictator political regime led at this moment by Vladimir Putin, but can be followed by other political leader with the same political ideas of dictatorship, and of the same dangerous Imperialistic and Colonialists behaviour. Of cause it is some kind of "bravery" to politicians outside Russia to withstand imperialistic attitude of Russia (what so many Russians agree with, not only Putin) - but really brave are those thousands of Ukrainian women who are in army together with men, there are so many deaths and maiming amongst them, but regardless they are continuing fighting from day to day - knowing that many of them are dead before all that will end.

Interestingly enough, Kallas's father was deeply involved in the Soviet system, from being a signals officer in the Soviet Army to working for the Estonian SSRs finance ministry to editing the Estonian SSR Communist Party's newspaper to being a member of the all union Supreme Soviet. So I guess her mother got over her anger at the 'Russians' --i.eSoviets.

What kind of freedom and democracy can we talk about in today's Ukraine? Kallas and Marin defend the criminal Zelensky regime, which has been killing its own citizens for the ninth year. In Ukraine, language freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of the media are violated, people are imprisoned for political views, etc

Thank u for shining the light on the women who’re trying to stand up to putin. Just a few notes: 1. It was not a coup, Prigozhin didn’t have any intent to overthrown putin. It was a revolt against the ministry of defence and Shoigu in particular. 2. In the photo of putin and supposed Ksenia’s father - Anatoly Sobchak, it’s not Anatoly Sobchak, it’s somebody else. You got it wrong
