The game is dead? That's what I hear a lot. I have 1k battles, so I usually play tier VII, and there are not a few times when there are only two humans on each team and the other players are bots. In tier X (I have 2) that doesn't happen to me. But yes in tier VII all the time.

No, its because you're still below 1.5k games, the game set you for playing against bot in tier lower than 8, after you reach certain games, every tier matchmaking will always trying to match you with real player
