Very powerful: I was crying in the first11 minutes….grief and sadness over my poor self.. I listened to the whole hour. I noticed quite a few changes, good ones. I feel somewhat energized, even though I’ve got a slight headache on the left top part of my head. I’ll put the recording on again when I go to bed. I like it, and look forward to feeling more changes.

I wish I could LOAD this on my Home Page. My phone is responding to a rise in heat and I felt swirling and other phenomena. Ditto on the left brain squeeze. Wow!👽👾🤖🙌

I have seen comments in the past about frequency videos being “compressed”, and the frequency being affected. Can anybody explain if this is a concern? (possibly not receiving the benefits from the frequencies stated for the video.)

Quais são os benefícios que esse áudio trás para o corpo e mente,na descrição não informa,O que EMDR
@jacquelinewillems9814 күн бұрын
EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming. As nice as this music is, it doesn't fit the modality of EMDR that I'm familiar with and that I've had. It's primarily used for healing PTSD. It was developed to assist Vietnam veterans and victims of disasters like the victims of the Oklahoma Bomber disaster and used during 911. It's also used to heal childhood trauma from abuse. It requires a fascilitator to guide you through a series of EYE MOVEMENTS.

“EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapeutic approach used primarily for trauma recovery. It traditionally requires a trained therapist to guide the process, but elements of EMDR, such as bilateral stimulation (BLS), can be incorporated into everyday activities for stress relief or emotional regulation. Walking can naturally provide BLS through the rhythmic left-right motion of your legs, which some people find calming and grounding. Additionally, music designed to alternate sounds between the left and right ears like ours with certain hertz combinations (often referred to as bilateral audio) can simulate a similar effect. Research suggests that this type of auditory stimulation can activate bilateral brain processing, which may help reduce stress and improve emotional regulation. While such methods may not fully replicate formal EMDR therapy, many individuals find them helpful for managing anxiety or processing emotions. It’s important to note, however, that while self-guided BLS through activities like walking or bilateral music can provide relief for mild distress, professional EMDR therapy is necessary for addressing deeper trauma or PTSD to ensure safety and effectiveness.”

This is not EMDR "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy technique that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing experiences. During EMDR therapy, a patient recalls a traumatic memory while following a therapist's visual stimulus that moves side to side. The goal is to reduce the emotional charge of the memory so that it can be processed safely."
