I'm sorry, but this figure looks awful! Terrible painting and sculpting detail, the heads are too close together, and little to no articulation. I know what I'm saying might sound harsh, but I'd rather have a kaiju figure that's 90% source accurate, and has enough articulation for cool poses.

It isn't perfect but when I ordered it years ago, it was all I could afford and the new model hadn't been made yet. At the time it was good but technology has improved and these older models are getting updated.

@@dragonzilla6482 That's honestly the saddest part about being a kaiju fan. You're trying to find a good quality figure, of your favorite kaiju for a descent or cheap price, yet the only ones available that fit your budget look like crap. Where as the good looking ones cost an arm and a leg in terms of price! Thankfully Hiya Toys seems to be a descent alternative(for now).

@@nine_tails137 Hiya Toys does make screen accurate models I currently have one in the collection that been Titanus Rodan from 2019's Godzilla King of the Monsters but remember some folks can't afford Hira Toys figures as much as they'd like too, they can only afford Vinyl models because their cheaper and some like Gigan 1972, Varan, Baragon 1965 and Gojira 1954 are decent but others like Manda 2004 yes I can understand why some won't like it because...... well......I don't really need to say. However again to be fair Bandai haven't tacked the character before and have so far giving us two incarnations, so if they decide to do the Showa Manda's from either Atragon or Destroy All Monsters hopefully they'll do a better job because they can do better.

@@dragonzilla6482 Yeah, I understand that. Which is why it's so frustrating when I'm not getting my money's worth. For example: the Schleich animal figures range from under $10 minimum, to 30 or 40 dollars maximum. And the quality and articulation is still pretty good for the price I pay. Yet when I look at those Vinyl Kaiju figures and check the price, it always feels like a rip-off.

@@nine_tails137 Yes Schleich don't have the best record when it especial comes to good quality not all the time but must of the time.
