This is brilliant, thank you so much for putting this up. Can we have one with combat tips? What are good and bad strategies for new players. Personally, I hide in a bush when the raid starts and wait for the top players to battle it out or loot and exit. Sometimes a PMC happens to walk by my bush and I manage to kill him, but more often than not I'm hiding until the action dies down. Then I go out and loot whatever was left behind and maybe kill a scav or two. It's very time consuming and I usually don't get anything useful, but rushing to be the first to a good loot spot gets me killed. Every single time.

Go on with a cheap shotgun or a pistol then who cares if you die right? you only lose about 20k but you can get great loot

You must learn how to combine rushing and waiting. You don't always have to go for the best spots, but waiting around for too long is counter-productive. Learn a map, plan a route and quest/loot along that route, stop from time to time and just listen out for activity.

i did a few weeks before and i quit lol. starter weapons can't steady themselves without being a still target for 5 seconds vs spray and pray high tier modded ones, grinding for trader rep or hideout is long, maps need loads of time to memorize how to even leave the game, then you need to know pvp hotspots, and camp spots, learn loot areas, their loot category, and loot POSITIONS, yeah. its 'fun' alright. LoL

Saw a comment on a youtube video of a guy who bound hemo to press m5 and medkit to release m5 so he could heal heavy bleeds and heal with one key. If you didn't take heavy bleed hitting the button will still heal you, but if you do get a heavy bleed it'll always heal it with your hemo. Pretty high IQ strat ngl.

For some reason, right click + Alt doesn’t do anything for me. Granted, I have changed my keybinds, but i have gone through my settings and “change reticle” is still alt right click

The default keybind is TERRIBLE. Switch it to something like V (change scope) or X (change magnification) so you don't have to doubleclick everytime you want to aim. Saves crucial time.
