You will find when grading a surface with a blade ,if you can keep the blade full on material the smoother your grade will be. I worked building roads and right of ways most of my 55 years of working and the one lesson a old operator showed me wether running a caterpillar, loader or a road grader was to always keep the plow blade as full as you can without over loading it when you are doing a finish grade wether it's dirt,rock or asphalt you are smoothing to a finish grade.

I watched some videos and this was a tip that came back a lot is to keep a bit of soil in front of your blade and to run slow so your brain can catch up with what you need to do with your blade. The problem is this mini excavator has a tiny blade that isn't even functioning well 😂
