What memories these videos evoke! I grew up in Dillenburg. Actually lived in the old "Dampfmuhle" Am Laufenden Stein 1. At that time it also housed a produce wholesale company. Got my education in the "Realgymnasium". Two of my teachers were Heinz and Menzel. Math Teacher Herr Tusczeck (sp?) Latin Teacher Herr Kammerling. Our family walked many of the beautiful trails surrounding Dillenburg. Climbed the path to the Wilhelmsturm many times and imagined myself back in the history of the castle and Willem of Oranien. In 1956 we left our little town for Canada. So, Thank You so much for these beautiful videos.

Thank you and best regards to canada! The first floor of "Dampfmühle" was in the eighties the most popular pup in Dillenburg.
