i suffer due to atrachment with a belief, albeit false, that i am this body mind organism. mind so frenetic wont seemingly let me go. heads in the tuger jaws but not fit fir consumption. peace only in deep sleep, need to be awareness but ego seems more puwerful than ever. phtsucal bidy suffering more than ever. feels like being in purgatory. help
