65mm Double-screw Extruder Makes Floating Fish Feed

This video shows making floating fish feed with our TSE65-P twin-screw extruder. This extruder’s model is TSE65-P. There are one couple of Φ65×1280mm extrusion screws inside the extrusion barrels. They are made from 38CrMoAl, and treated by nitriding. This extruder’s main motor is 22kw. It makes 150kg of fish feed per hour. This extruder is our smallest one. We also manufacture fish feed extruders at 250kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1ton/h, 1.5ton/5, 2.5ton/h, and 5ton/h. These extruders make pet food by changing molds and formulas.
