Hello thank you for sharing on your 66 GTO I bet you wish you still had it. It’s a shame to see this thing sitting in the boneyard it could be restored but as I stayed earlier and just be not cost-effective to do it even though the 66 GTO’s are coming up in price if you had your own equipment to do it this could be put back on the road. Hello William, I gotcha but I’m looking it through an old body man’s eyes I’ve fixed worst I’d resurrect that car make it a drag car put a tube chassis under it a butler 455 blown flat black it out after body repair but I don’t have the time or Angie to do this anymore at my age so I just look at them in the salvage yard and smile and think of what I could do with it in my mind thanks for your comments and being on my KZbin channel please subscribe happy fourth weekend 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

Hello Todd , yeah as an old body man, taking a look at it through my eyes, it could be done if I was built on my own. I just take a couple years to do the project, but it would cost more than what the cars worth that’s a problem with restoring a car these days if you don’t do the work yourself, you’re gonna be paying 75 to 100 bucks an hour in the labor just is not cost-effective that’s what’s happened to a lot of cars these days unless you just want to rough it out and make a drag car out of it you know that’s an option Used frame put a Butler motor in it primer black it out Thoughts….. thanks for your comments and being on my KZbin channel please subscribe and tell your friends.
