I'm so glad my teacher forced paradiddles down my throat every lesson, every practice, every rudiment became easier after. half an hour of non stop paradiddles at different speeds and if I wasn't in perfect sync with him we would start all over again. being 22 minutes into a paradiddle marathon only to fuck up was heart breaking for a while.

I know rudiments and exercises like this can seem boring and pointless, but it will drastically improve your timing, your fills, and your overall playing.
