What exactly causes the snap on chokes to vibrate/resonate when power is going through the line. Normal, bad? I’m at 25-30 amps going through my solar lines. They want to buzz.

Normal if AC is going through them as Ferrite cores are actually transferring the RF energy in the line to heat so they vibrate even if we don't see it. The more power going through the more they must dissipate and the more they could vibrate.
