Boy, does that ever bring back memories? For several years, my dad drove a 73 Dodge charger that had that same attitude on cold mornings.

Our 68 Fury 1 was the same way, once it was below zero, didn't think it was going to start, it cranked really slow, but the battery held in, the other issues was rainy days......it would stall endlessly, at the time I didn't know spraying under the Dist cap with Silicone.. Poor design from Chrysler, allowing moisture to build.....Otherwise was a great car

Those 383,s have always been tempermental as Hell while trying to start no matter the temperature was after they had been sitting a while!

When you were trying to start it, did you pump the gas pedal a couple times before you cranked? It looked like you didn't but, perhaps I just couldn't see it. Also, dwell may be just a bit off. Easy adjustment. Champion plugs are not the greatest. Try ACDelco or motocraft plugs!
