Remember the formula : v = u +at; another formula v2 = u2 +2as or s = ut + 0.5 at2 ....none of them has mass in formula.. infact moon is just adistraction,, same thing applies on Earth or anywhere where acceleration is constant here acceleration is moon's gravity

@@johnypa1820 falling freely means the initial velocity was zero. And even if they are released at different times, but at any given time t, their velocity will be the same. Btw, can you share any formula for calculating change in inertia for a linear path (not for angular) ?
