So sorry. The following comment is not an attack on Ben’s personal choices. But I would be remiss if I did not share my POV: much of Louis Vuitton screams plastic, logo-souvenir kitsch. The nightmare continues, IMO, with Pharrell Williams as creative director, men’s. It’s not even genuine leather. Just coated canvas. The pocket organizer in monogram eclipse is cute. Oh well, to each his own. I would rather invest at Jil Sander or Saint Laurent for subtle branding and a gorgeous solid black, calfskin leather tote bag that will stand the test of time 💁🏻‍♂️

@@periscope7731 there are leather choices within the brand. They come with a heavier price tag. The coated canvas is now their bread and butter. With Mr Williams as the creative director. He’s using more leather. But in a bad way. So far am not a fan of his style. Virgil will forever be missed. The whole brand will be too. If they continue to treat long time customers like this. Charging for a repair that was fault of the bag. Was a poor thing to do. Considering he hadn’t had the bag long.

You can dispute it with your bank and stop payment to LV. I have done it with many companies and the bank will reach out to their bank and the company has 30 days to respond to the dispute if they don't your bank will credit your account the full amount you dispute. Good luck

The response from LV is absolutely shocking, especially given the price of the item initially. It’s a lot of money for pvc that broke so soon, and so for them to not only be slow to respond but also not repair it free of charge is truly awful. pure sesame oil and toasted sesame oil (yours) are two different things. Toasted sesame oil has to be refrigerated bc it can go rancid if you don't and it's usually a finishing oil, rather than cooking oil.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben, good video as usual. In regards to the "Louis Vuitton" bag, I experienced the same treatment from this brand, due to this reason I stopped purchasing anything from the LV collection. Having said that, I have purchased in the past multiple bags, suitcases, jackets, etc. for several of my aunts, nieces, and myself. However, the costumer service from them is unacceptable. Therefore, they lost a loyal costumer as well. Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos

Very sad to hear Ben Taylor about your experience and the disappointing after sales service. To be honest, try to reach any other Louis Vuitton boutique. Also, its also depending which SA are assisting you. I believe that if you can find other boutique, they will give you a new bag or any other solution like that they won't charge that amount to be able to repair your bag. Also, i don't believe they send your bag back to Paris. There are ateliers in USA to fix your bag ;-)

I use Surbex z vitamins, when I have a physical day, then my pee is normal color, but if I do not have enough activity, then the pee turns neon. it means the vitamins are not fully absorbed by the body.

Bummer about the bag. I thought for sure they'd fix it at no charge given that you had it not much more than a year and the nature of the damage, which looks to me too to be a materials issue and not a use issue. Somehow I think that their cost to fix the bag would be a lot less than what they wanted to charge you, and for that why not keep a good customer happy? Really makes me rethink my relationship with the brand.

I had a very different experience with LV for a manufacturer defect on a wallet. They were not able to repair it but they offered me a replacement, no questions asked. I chose another design that was less expensive and they refunded me the difference in cash without a receipt as the original item was a gift. Perhaps you can try another store/manager.

I've had a similar situation with LV, and was appalled by their response as well, not to mention the cost for repairs. Really poor form! It's actually disgraceful and totally UNACCEPTABLE.
