Hey Diya. Try to have your breakfast by 8 if you wake up at 6. I also used to avoid eating till late in the morning due to household chores but then came across Rujuta Diwekar's DON'T LOOSE YOUR MIND LOOSE YOUR WEIGHT. It's really amazing.
