I'm slowly becoming a morning girl, I've spent the past month getting back into routine although I didn't document it, I was going through burnout and I feel like I'm still recovering from it but just know that it took me a really long time to finally get back on track like this so I'm really proud of myself and it feels so good! If you're going through a rut don't worry, I am always falling in and out of my ruts as much as I seem like I have everything together but the mentality I like to have when this happens is to pause, and have a moment and then keep moving forward :) whatever you're going through you've got this!
