I like to stretch, make my bed, eat a small breakfast, exercise, then journal. It’s best to journal after you’ve done some physical and relational activity as your mind will be more awake and in a state where it can think comprehend and understand more clearly

I usually vibe out for 30 minutes or so completing the tasks I was too lazy to complete the night before, then walk for a couple of hours, then a big meal once done walking.

When you feel the urge or pick up your phone and scroll, ACTIVELY ask yourself, why you are on your phone for. Whether that was to reply to someone, check your calendar or is it to simply distract yourself from your responsibilities with doom scrolling. This has helped me take accountability for the depressing habit of scrolling

this video was so calming! ive been doomscrolling and on youtube for the past three days and ur videos are the ones i enjoy the most and im actually gonna go have a productive day and exercise bc of you! also i had the same brand of sea moss too but it was the blue one and it was terrible but i finished the whole bottle after some weeks and i felt no difference 😭so then i saw a reddit guy (ik not always credible but) say this: "Whomever came up with the idea of collecting the part of Irish moss no one wants and selling it is an evil genius.Those of us who cook with it soak it in cold water for an hour and then discard that sh because it ruins the consistency of whatever you put it in, it's similar to gelatin. Unless your gel is coming from powdered Irish moss it's devoid of the nutrition Irish moss contains too. I know the woo woo people claim it detoxifies your body of heavy metals but the reverse is true, seaweed is among the worst, by weight, of food from the ocean for heavy metals. I only buy farmed seaweed because heavy metal content varies too much in wild and isn't subject to the same controls fish are. If you want something good for your skin drink some bone broth." so now i buy bone broth and hopefully i'll see some benefits! also tbh i feel like if you want the listed benefits of sea moss you should try ag1 bc it might be somewhat more affordable for you, ppl say its made the biggest difference for them! ps! this is insipring me to meditate, journal, jump rope, and guasha so i will! thanks bae and idk what it is but ur videos are just so entertaining
