I wish if your physical and mental strength to do some lifting before going to school. I do hardcore lifting and I need pre-workout drink. After I am done working out, I literally can't think or function during classes. I literally get low grades if I do it before a quiz or an exam. Hence, I only do my workouts during the evenings which I don't like.
