Don’t take this the wrong way genuinely looking for help but I have a problem eating and I eat like I need to eat so I’m satisfied for as long as possible and gain weight. What makes you not what to eat like how do you go a day without thinking of the pleasure of eating as in eating as much tasty food as possible till your stomach and mouth are completely fulfilled, although personally I always have a massive amount of regret when I fall so hard back into my eating habits
