I would politely state that this info is not correct and you can see that practically in life. 6th house should get the aspect of a natural malefic like Saturn or Mars and should get spoilt. Then only things like diseases, debts, court cases and enmity(all 6th house adipathyas)- will get spoilt and as a result the native will be away from these. If in 12th house, Venus is present, then her presence there will augment the scope for foreign assignments/stay and facilitate benefits from foriegn countries/places far off from birth place, very good sleep, very good marital pleasures, but her aspect on 6th house is definitely not good, but can be useful in benefiting from professions like loan lending, hospital management, pharmacy etc which are related to the 6th house adipathyas.
