Exactly, I was thinking the same thing. Every time I’ve seen this, there’s a range rod at the muzzle end with another indicator.

I'm no expert I love watching r700 actions being acurised. Maybe indicate from inner dimension of muzzle rather than external diameter of muzzle to find high spot. Hope you make more videos Thanks for sharing and effort to produce video.

If all is square it stops abruptly. If any is crooked it squeeses to a stop.

It's called Mr Carve. Off amazon for about $1200. It barely cuts deep enough to satisfy the ATF.
