To help with improving your skin I recommend making sure that you maintain a consistent skincare routine with only the most basic products, using too many things can sometimes be a bad thing. I also recommend putting tea tree oil on pimples, I find this really helps to get rid of them quickly. ❤

Hi Fern! I had the same problem as you back in 2020! I was breaking out horrifically at 19 despite having decent skin growing up. It may be the traveling and stress, yes but it could also be that you may be trying too many products all at once and that may be causing you to break out. For me, I had to go to the dermatologist for my problems but I'd try keeping a simple routine for the next few weeks before even going to the derm. Wishing you luck on your skin journey :)!

I am someone who struggles with acne. A few tips that have really helped improve my skin - 1. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day 2. Have a glass of green tea everyday 3. Have a glass of turmeric milk everyday (But make sure you take a break from this for a week after each month) 4. Also, don't put too many products on your skin as it might aggravate it. I am not a dermatologist so smthing that might work for me might not work for you. Hope this helps!!!

If u changed or added any specific skincare or makeup product in these months then that can be a reason for the breakouts. Or any change in diet, supplements, drinking and sleeping habits etc can be an issue too. Regardless, U r glowing as usual❤

18:43 some tips for ur skin, drinking water, sleeping and reducing stress will probably make quite a difference, especially if the breakouts are on the forehead it‘s often linked to eating habits. also using actives is great but researching which actives you cam use and which ones u can combine is incredibly important! also giving you skin a break from actives 2-3 times a week can help. especially nowadays where there‘s smth new every day it‘s important to not overuse cause it can overwhelm your skin :) sticking to a routine for like 3 months fitted to your skin issues should work. additionally drunk elephant is not a great brand if u look at the ingredients it mostly looks cute hahaha and last thing: pimple patches should be put on cleansed skin and afterwards u use your serums, moisturizer etc
