That battery hack is genuis! I just ordered my 17mm conversion and hobbywing 8bl150 with 2000kv motor for my slash ultimate. Beyond stoked!

I would like to see what servo horn setup you have. All my efforts and I always end up rubbing the prop shaft/drive shaft and or chassis.

I’m using the stock traxxas horn, and having the same issue. I believe it’s a design flaw. I’m actually waiting for it to get bad enough so that I can replace my center driveshaft with the big bone Tekno one.

ik your 07-13 gmc sierra is not dropped anymore but did you ever have a c-notch on it and if not how does it ride??

What motor mount and motor plate specifically did you use?

Motor mount is the stock mount the slash 4x4 uses. I just had to find a pinion to fit the motor and match the spur.

I've busted 3 sets of them drive shafts on my hoss hoping to find something else that might hold up? Nice setup!

Man that’s crazy, I would recommend the MIP axles then.
