I belive the primary is the coil that is connected to the battery, (voltage supply) the secondary is going to the spark plug .

Thanks for the video. On your second test (8:25) you changed the meter setting to test it. You didn’t mention what setting you loved it to. 😅

Primary windings are the smaller control windings, when one side of the primary opens, the voltage rushes out of the secondary windings which is the larger gauge wire going to the distributor pr spark plug seeking shortest path to ground causing a spark on the tip of the spark plug electrode.
