Oh I love watching salads cook. Just almost as much fun as playing the deck. Love the omni negate with roar, blow everything up with rage and finally nuke the board with pyro.

What I always find fascinating about Salamangreat is the plays they can do with their field spell and performing Reincarnation Link Summons. They do have nice potential even in the midst of Snake Eyes (and soon the Fire King Variants too). Speaking of Snake Eyes, with the announcement of Snake Eyes Ash and Wanted getting limited, I’m wondering what could help pure Snake Eye stay as consistent as it is. I’ve been asking around to see what suggestions I could try out. Right now, I’m thinking of adding a second copy of Original or Monster Reborn as extenders, but I’m open for other suggestions. I did actually make a surprise structure deck purchase for Magicians’ Souls because I’ve seen some people run it a while back before, but I think it has some merit as a good extender for Selene and getting into Diabellstar with only 1 Wanted. If you have any suggestions or thoughts on these changes or ideas to share, let me know. Even suggestions on combo line changes would help too. Good video!

the deck is very bad actually when you compare it to snake eyes and after the hits more people will play rescue ace snake eyes/fire king snake eyes , both of which salamangreat has a very tough matchup against. i dont want to discourage you but its not the best deck to play in a fire format.

Thank you! You’ll want to max out on copies of poplar, and you’ll probably want to add also another copy of original sinful spoils, the deck will feel less consistent but I think that’s the best we can do for consistency for now

@@Moha-MasterDuel I only have 2 Poplar, but I decided to run 3 Veiler and run Monster Reborn as an extender or comeback card alongside Magicians’ Souls for accessing Diabellstar. It’s been working out so far, but I’m not opposed to switching Reborn with another Original for whenever I need for the current meta.

@@Moha-MasterDuel Yeah it's worse in Master Duel because the furnitures are at 2. But the game's pretty boring now, so it'd be cool to see something different and fun. I spent all my UR points on labrynth and it got boring after a day. For people like that, something new would be great.

Well theres a lot to get into with Salad, before raging phoenix and weasel, we used amblowhale to get the most out of princess’s effect. Your one card starters are gazelle and salad of fire, with a couple two card starters.

If you google salamangreat lines you should be able to find some old pictures of salad lines of how it used to be before raging phoenix. But with code of soul, you could potentially setup a board with raging phoenix, princess, and pyro phoenix. Code of soul lets you link your monsters on your opponents turn so you use sanctuary to link pyro phoenix into itself and then board wipe on your opponents turn. Salad got a mice buff with this last pack
