Nice property. I just spent 20 minutes with the state treasurer of WY...taking about land. Prices are high and may go higher. I am looking but waiting on what I want, but I know it will be expensive.

Hello again Mr. Loftis, I spoke to a county tax assessor collector for 2 minutes 😆, in another state this summer. She told me land values in their counties are getting out of hand. They are gonna have to change the tax rate or something. Take Sir!

@@diostejastierras7898 Sadly, most government entities are flush with cash and yet they are receiving record amounts of sales and property taxes, along with the freshly printed (borrowed) funds from DC. Property tax relief would be good, but I never count on it. Record prices for land is common now and I suspect that won't change much...the working man is being left out and those with money can afford to purchase what they want. Working/middle class people are experiencing a different world than the upper class/elites are and I don't see that changing. It is worrisome.

If you wanted a property near there for 150k you can find it... None of those neighbors paid half that and while seasonal water flow is cool, when it makes 80% of the proper unbuildable, it's not a net +.

How old is this video? There’s well over 15,000 residents in Cody. Pilot and Index peaks, nor the Tetons are visible from the Southfork! You never showed the property your advertising- why? Must not be far from the Bear Creek Ranch. To me, this ad is very misleading!
