you should do a foil delete. (the wrap around the driver side intercooler tube) it makes the turbo sound much louder and looks GREAT! plus you can make a vid for it,there aren't any

Where are your boost/EGT readings now compared to before? If it's rolling coal now and wasn't before, I suspect you have a boost leak now, since you didn't add any fuel just fancy intake pieces .

You should consider Methonal injection on any of the trucks.. it's great for towing and over all towing performance

if you adjust the wastegate actuator in just a little bit you will build better boost. the factory wastegate is too weak and opens prematurely causing you to start losing boost around 14 psi

I'd worry more about all that sludge,oil,in your coolant.Check your injector/ cup seals and oil cooler seals.One is leaking badly.
