Personally, I don't think Tinker should be played as a position 2 anymore. I played around 4 games as position 4, which worked surprisingly well in the Legend bracket. Get the shield facet, max shield then march. Prioritize on mana boots or power treads for +10 int, then any util or escape. In my case I went for meteor hammer to pressure lanes and some whopping +24 int, force staff (+10 int) or blink (or both), lotus, and then linken (+16 int) (lotus + linken + matrix shield on team). Get octarine if only your team is winning. From these items, you'll get around +50 bonus int. If you skip laser and get +2 all attributes until level 18, your total int would be roughly 86 + 70, which will provides a nice 36% to 40% cd reduction (not including octarine +25%). When you level 30, your items cd will be around 4 - 8 second cd.

Some players are happy, but the problem is that Tinker used to be countered quite well. The 50% reduction in BKB duration hit him hard because before, when you activated BKB, you were practically invincible. Now people just build Nullifier against Aeon Disk and Ethereal Blade, and that's it - the hero dies, and catching him isn't a problem. If you're a 1k MMR player who plays Barathrum and other one-button heroes, unfortunately, you'll never climb in rank and will keep blaming "broken" heroes. Goodbye, Tinker 2011-2024. I've played over 100 games with him and reached level 12, and even though I'm not a main Tinker player, I getting how much they overdid it with this patch. We're waiting for them to bring back Rearm or at least Blink, because he has zero positioning now.

Bro, no one are actually killed his blink. Try build with arkane blink, hex and windwaker. blink cd goes to 4s, that is quite nice. there is more strats to be found and broken, so try find some)

Первичные - это урон, ХП, МП и атакспид. Вторичные это хпреген, манареген, армор и магрез. Апаются вторичные
