both tuskar and phoenix have good disengage spells so he gives wr solo xp under tower and same time keeps up his xp because his lvl 6 is strong power spike. then he farms to get pipe by 19-20 which is a huge deal for their team as primal doesnt like buying pipe as he needs bm and bkb fast. this is situational play but that is the difference between pro and average player. they are actively thinking of their decisions. low rank pudge just sit in trees and keep hooking even if success they gonna disengage. he takes levels from the carry and has no items to contribute to team so the enemy team runs them down.
