7.3L IDI - fuel shutoff solenoid/white smoke

I had the glow plugs active and it started first time in years a few minutes before this video. In this video I have disconnected all electronics except the fuel shutoff solenoid. I also have a new fuel filter and I have bled out the air from the system. The white smoke in the exhaust proves fuel is making it through the injectors. The thing that sparked in the video is the timing advance solenoid. It has a resistance of about 12Ohms , much more than the fuel solenoid, so it likely has a much higher inductance as well, hence the spark show.
