you can’t. would you could do is turn up the xp sliders for your position which gets you skill points a lot quicker

What bothers me is when whenever you score a touchdown it gives you a bunch of XP but then you get -20 because of loss of yardage even though you just scored a touchdown you didn’t even gain in the yards
