They will call a foul instantly he is moving the ball too fast from side to side and even if the defender gets all ball the refs will call a foul because in real time it looks like he slapped his for arm. In today’s game they will always give advantage to the offensive player.

If you do it low it's harder to get especially if you lean forward and put your head forward it's hard to get to. Also if you end up hitting their arm it's super easy to draw a foul so it's just overall risky to reach hard on the low sweep
