For a spec home, not bad. Not bad at all. The staging was largely a wasted effort. It actually detracted from the home’s appeal. But a big 👍 to the host and his awesome socks!

Unlike some large houses I think this one seems quite welcoming. The top floor Sky lounge is a nice touch. The developers (Octagon) know what they are doing - they offer a great bespoke service for those with the cash. One surprising omission is no Sauna, which would be a welcome addition to the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Anyone know if the Oaklands hotel nearby generates any noise?

Lovely looking property, but the obvious lack of integrated tech and the restriction of a 3 car garage, it's understandable why it's been on the market since Dec 2019 even with the £500k price reduction...Good video though...
