Great content but does routing back to uplistings not defeat the purpose of direct bookings? Most PMS charge a fee. I am using Hospitable and found it irritating that they limit their API which makes it harder to do a completely autonomous direct booking site. I would recommend integrating with stripe to minimize fees unless uplifting does not have one. Also from a UI/UX perspective it’s much smoother.

No fee. Stripe does payments. We route to uplisting since then it’s integrated with messaging and rates are set, etc

so, looking at your site, where does Wordpress end and Uplisting begin? It seems to be all one? Is this just based on designing your wordpress to look similar to the uplisting so it appears seamless? I have a Wix site and I am considering adding uplisting, as the website will also offer wellness retreats and weddings, so theres a benefit to having more customizable pages. any help would be appreciated!

2023 was about 15% direct, vs less than 5% the year prior. Working towards an even bigger jump this year
